    “OTA for high performance, high resolution application” (ELEN474, VLSI circuit design, Dr Jose Silva Martinez); Design a high gain, large output voltage swing & high stability amplifier.
    “3 stage op-amp design; Analytical approach using BSIM3” (ELEN689, MOSFET modeling, Dr Ugur Cilingiroglu); Develop automated calculation tool using MATLAB and BSIM3 models and design Op-amp by using it.
    “Microelectronic fabrication”(ELEN689, Dr F. J. Strieter); Fabricate microelectronic devices(transistors, diodes, resistors) on a Silicon wafer.
